I first met Stanley Keleman in 1978 at a workshop in Minneapolis MN, and right from the beginning I knew he was speaking my native language. Impelled to learn more, I traveled west to attend programs, and in 1982 moved to Berkeley and began working with Center Press. Over the next 36 years I attended every Stanley program and relished the opportunities to understand and form myself from the palpable inner ocean of bodily experiencing.

When Stanley began using a camera to illustrate the subtleness of the micro movements he was teaching, I was honored to become the person behind the lens. It gave me a special focus to perceive the pulsatory interactions of Stanley and participants and to witness many of the deep, meaningful structural changes that occur. Now these films are part of the historical archive of his work. Together with Marilyn Haller I enjoyed editing papers and publications and carrying out program logistics. The formative practice continues to be an important routine in my daily life. I add my enthusiastic support to the community of like minded people who continue with his work.
